Merge Spans merges two fiber spans in a single sheath while maintaining all fiber connectivity.

Merge Two Fiber Spans into One

1. From the Modify/Delete section of the Fiber Tab select the Merge Spans drop-down:

   

2. Follow the prompts to select the first span to merge:

   

3. Select the second span to be merged.
4. The user is now prompted to select either of the two strand lines to be linked to the merged span:

   

5. After selecting the strand line to link the new span, the two spans are now merged into one span with a length of 325'.
